Oh this is beautiful. What an interesting take on the subtle way cancer has changed our vocabulary. I didn't fully realize it. 'Tomorrow I go'. I wonder if we as a culture have done us all a disservice as kids constantly living and talking about the future tense. It's something you have to unlearn with this kind of diagnosis. I know being more fully present is a gift too. I see that more now. But still I miss it. Thank you for all your writings. 💚
